When I advised Shannon (Hall), she told me not to worry about it and that she would call the insurance company and get them on board. Turns out there was a miscommunication between myself and them, what I wanted wasn’t what was what they planned to install. Once this was realized they delayed the job without a second thought, gave me the number of a great framing company, worked with me to get a plumbing company to move a vent stack and even went out of their way to help me on an after hour call to move a trailer just so my wife would have an easier time backing out of our driveway!Never once did they balk at any of my requests, it was always “Customer First!”.
